Jeff Sabol’s final project

October 7, 2011

After reading the directions for the final project I thought that I would create a site of free legal resources that includes a list or table of free or reduced legal services available to the general public.  At Loyola Law Library were I am employed the most asked question from the public is can they be referred to a free legal service so that can be advised on what to do. Since the school and the library are located in downtown Los Angeles, most of the question from the general public are of this nature, but to actually guide them so that they could research their own question is an impossibility, and to my knowledge I am not familiar with such a site that list all of the free services for people of Los Angeles, so I believe that not only is this a needed resource but will make a great final project.  Any suggestion about resources or about this idea will be welcomed and are needed.

I think this is a great idea. Having all of the necessary resources in one place is always appreciated, especially by those who aren’t well-versed in traversing the internet.
