Raquel’s Final Project Ideas

March 11, 2010

I read most of the final project ideas from my classmates. I really like all of your ideas. I would like to start on a new project. One idea came to mind today that I would do a website on acronyms. I love learning new things and when I first started out learning about IT it would drive me crazy trying to figure out what people were saying.

Then again I could also do a website on the LibGuides and all the databases most of us haven’t seen yet as library students and point out a few yummies. Here is a cool link to “assignment calculator” I found while searching the Education databases for another class. Check it out, cause it is very helpful.

If only I had this in my 200 class. Anyway….

If anyone has a topic they want to research but haven’t had time, I’d love to do it!

I took a seminar on academic libraries last semester and we had to put together a lib guide on a pertinent topic. The process was easy to learn.

I’ve also thought about doing a website connected to the various continents and the animals that live there (minus humans).

That seminar on academic libraries sounds interesting. Did you like it?

    Hi Derek,

    Hope you are doing okay.

Will my topic of web usability research methods work for the final project? What is the final project? I thought it was to create a website?

    Thanks,
    Raquel
